This screen is designed to document the outcomes and effects of dental procedures performed on the patient’s teeth. It tracks any impact these procedures may have on other areas of the oral cavity, including the gums, jaw, and surrounding tissues. The purpose is to assess how treatments such as extractions, restorations, or surgeries influence the overall health and function of the mouth.

The doctors just need to Drag the point and drop where it is required.

The details of these marked points will appear in the bottom and the doctor can add details accordingly.

Doctors can add all these details manually.

When we click on the save button all data will be saved.

The data in the form of a document will be uploaded in the upload document options you can view.
