How Doctor view Patient Visit History, Current note and Patient note in Cloudpital?

As a Doctor, it is important to have access to a patient’s visit history, current notes, and patient notes in order to provide the best possible care. In Cloudpital, accessing this information is easy and straightforward.

To view a Patient’s Visit History, simply navigate to the patient’s profile and click on the Consultations  tab. Here, you will be able to see a list of all the patient’s previous visits, along with the date, time, and reason for each visit. You can also view any notes or diagnoses that were made during each visit.

To view a patient’s current note, click on the “Current Note” tab in their profile.

Here, you will be able to see any notes that have been made during the patient’s current visit, including any diagnoses, medications, or treatment plans.

To view a patient’s overall note history, click on the “Patient Notes” tab in their profile.

Here, you will be able to see a comprehensive list of all the notes that have been made for the patient, including notes from previous visits and any other relevant information.

In addition to these features, Cloudpital also allows doctors to easily add new notes, update patient information, and communicate with other healthcare providers.
