Cloudpital New Features(10-10-2023) – Release Notes version 1.11

Cloudpital has been updated with the following Improvements and Features. 

New Feature:

1. Add a new Help Desk feature for Customer Support in CloudPital.

Improvement:

        2. Add a new Column -Policy Holder name in Insurance batch claim by Medgulf report.

Bug Fixed:

       3. Remove the error to delete the Disease Register.

          4. Remove the error of  Updating the block resource of the doctor and system going to an infinite loop.

 New Feature:

1. Add a new Help Desk feature for Customer Support in CloudPital.

Steps:

     a.Click on the Help icon.

     b.If users have any questions or want to learn our system then here we assembled all data in one place.

    This feature serves as a centralized hub for addressing inquiries, issues, and requests related to         Cloudpital services, promoting better patient experiences.

Improvement:

2. Add a new Column -Policy Holder name in Insurance batch claim by Medgulf report.

Steps:

  1. Go to the insurance batch

  2. Click on any batch

  3. Click on the B2B invoice

  4. Go to Claim by MedGulf

  5. Select Report 1 and print it.

  6. Select report 3 and print it.

Bug Fixed:

3. Remove the error to delete the Disease Register.

     Steps:

         a.Go to Clinical Note Screen.

          b.Click on Disease Register.

          c.Add multiple disease registers.

          d.Refresh the page    

          e.Delete the disease register now its deleted successfully 

    

   4. Remove the error of Updating the block resource of the doctor and system going to an infinite loop.

Steps:

  1. Schedule=>Go to the toggle button.

  2. Click on Block Resource

  3. Set the break time of any doctor.

  4. Refresh the page.

  5. Now delete the break time. now it deleted successfully.
