First doctor add the two mandatory items Chief complaint and Disease Register which are already added .
In the patient’s record, the doctor will find a “Family History” tab. Clicking on this tab will open a new page where the doctor can add the patient’s family history.
In the family history section, the doctor can add information about the Patient’s Family Relationship, including their Start and Resolution Date , Age, Life Stage, Code and any other relevant information.
After adding the family history information, the doctor must save the changes to the patient’s record by clicking on the “Save” button.
