How to Create a Ticket in the Support & Tickets Module of CloudPital

From the Schedule Screen, click on the Profile Icon. You will now see the option for Support & Tickets, but it will only appear if the required settings are enabled. If these settings are not enabled, the Support & Tickets option will remain hidden.

After Click on the Support and Tickets Option you will see the support and Desk screen.

Create New Ticket:

Now the User has all the rights to create tickets for the client.

Click on Create New Button to create a new ticket.

Create New Ticket screen will appear.

Fill in all the Required fields

If you have any document (Image, File, Video Recording) Related to the ticket query you can attach it here.

After entering all the required information, click on the Create button. A new ticket will be successfully created.

The newly created Ticket is showing at the top of the Ticket list
