How can a Receptionist add Bills, and what is the process for Viewing the Invoice history and Payment History in Cloudpital?

As a Receptionist, you may need to add bills for patients and view their invoice and payment history in Cloudpital. Here’s how you can do it

Adding Bills:

 Click on the Patient Appointment to open the appointment detail screen. In the appointment detail screen, click on Bills 

Then click on the Plus icon to add items based on the patient’s condition.

The added Items will be Displayed in the Bills screen.

Generating Invoice:

Click on the Patient Appointment again to generate the invoice for the added bills. In the appointment detail screen, click on Generate Invoice to create the invoice for the added items.

Viewing Invoice and Payment History:

 Click on the Patient Appointment again to view the invoice and payment history.

 In the appointment detail screen, click on Invoice to see the Invoice History.

 Click on Payment to see the Payment History.
