How to Patient Analytics dashboard works in Cloudpital?

  • First admin go to the Others  => Analytics.

  • In this screen click on the Patients to  view the Patient Analytics view

  • In Patient seen when we change the Appointment status(Checkout/Engaged) of the patient here the Patient seen dashboard will be updated

  • In Existing Patients if we make the appointment of the Existing patient the number of the appointment data will be Reflect in this screen.

 

  • In New Patients if we make the new appointment here the New Patients Dashboard will be updated

  • In Existing Patient Revenue when we generate the invoice of the existing patient the status of the Existing Patient Revenue updated.

  • In New Patient Revenue when we generate the invoice of the new patient the status of the new patient revenue updated

  • In VAT for NonSaudi Patient if we add the vat and generate the invoice the status of the Vat for Nonsaudi patient updated.

  • For Saudi Patient Revenue when we generate the invoice the status of the Saudi patient Revenue Updated.

  • For Average Revenue Per Patient when we Sum the EPR+NPR Divided by EP+NP the status of the Average Revenue per Patient updated.

  • For Average Revenue Per Doctor when we Sum the EPR+NPR divided by No of Doctor the status of the Average Revenue Per Doctor.
