How Doctor Refer to another Doctor in Cloudpital?

First doctor add the two mandatory items  which are already added then click on the right side

Referral plus add.

 When we click the referral  in this screen select all the fields and also select the doctor which the doctor is refer to another doctor.

When all the fields is fill click on the right side of the refer system generates a notification Patient successfully recorded.

• First, the doctor adds the two mandatory items, which have already been added.
• Then, click on the right side on “Referral” to add more information.
• In this screen, select all the fields and also choose the doctor to whom the patient is being referred.
• Once all the fields are filled, click on the right side of the “Refer” system, and it will generate a notification saying, “Patient successfully recorded.”
