As a Doctor, you may need to add allergies to a patient’s medical record in Cloudpital.
First doctor add the two mandatory items Chief complaint and Disease Register which are already added then click on the right side Allergies plus add to add the Allergy.
Click on the “Allergies” tab to access the allergies section of the patient’s record.
Click on the “Add Allergy” button to add a new allergy.
Enter the name of the allergy in the “Allergy Name” ,field. You can also select the Severity, Reaction, Status of the allergy from the drop-down menu .
You can also add any notes or comments related to the allergy in the “Notes” field.
Once you have entered all the relevant information, click on the “Save” button to save the allergy to the patient’s medical record.
