How to add Chart of Account in Cloudpital?

Adding a Chart of Account in Cloudpital is a simple process that can be completed in just a few steps. 

Step One:

  • First click on Others=>Accounts.

  • When we click the screen should navigate to the “Accounting Module ” menu. In this screen click on the Chart of Accounts.

  • Click on “Chart of Accounts” and then select “Add New Account.”

  • Enter the Account Type ,Name ,Code Description and select the Save button.

  • Click on save the Record saved Successfully

Step Three:

  •  If you want to assign a parent account to the new account, first check this “Make this a sub-Account” then select the parent account from the dropdown menu.  Enter the account Code and description, if desired. Click “Save” to add the new account to your Chart of Accounts.
