Family History:
The next screen is Family History, where you can document the patient’s family medical background.
Click on the Plus button to add the patient’s family history.
When you click on the Plus button, a new window titled Add Family History will appear. This window contains various fields; fill out the mandatory fields one by one.
From the Relation to Patient drop-down, select the relationship of the family member to the patient.
Enter the Name of the Family Member.
Enter the Father’s Name, Age, and Mobile Number in the respective fields.
From the Gender drop-down, select the appropriate gender.
After filling in all these fields, click on the Save button.
When you click on the save button (Saved Successfully) message will appear and the record of Family History will be saved in the list.
Here are action icons where you can edit and delete any record.
The status indicators on each tab, such as Allergies, Problem List, Prescription, Precautions, and Family History, have automatically updated from 0 to 1. This change indicates that data has been successfully saved in each respective section. The system automatically tracks and reflects the saved records, ensuring all entered information is properly stored.
