If either the practitioner or the patient is unable to meet the scheduled appointment due to certain complications, the appointment can be rescheduled by selecting the “Set Delay” checkbox located at the bottom of the appointment pop-up. This checkbox allows for specifying the delay timings for the appointment. Once the new timings are defined, the appointment will be automatically rescheduled and updated in the calendar accordingly.
This feature ensures that any changes to the appointment schedule can be easily accommodated and communicated to all parties involved.
