How to Create forms in Cloudpital?

Creating Forms in Cloudpital is an easy and straightforward process. Forms are an essential part of any healthcare facility, and Cloudpital makes it easy for you to create and customize Forms that meet your specific needs. Here are the steps to create forms in Cloudpital:

  • First click on Others => Forms

  • In this screen First add the Item Parameter

  • Click on plus Add => Fill the required field.

  • Click on save it show in the main screen of Item Parameter

  • Add the Clinical Group

  • In this screen fill the Required field and add the Parameter.

  • Click on the “Add Form” button to start creating a new form.

Write the Name of Form you want to create, Select the Specialty and Category.

  • Add the Clinical group by click on Plus icon.

  • Also select one Section in the Form.

  • Once you have created your form, you can preview it to ensure that it looks and functions as intended.
