Adding a CRM lead in Cloudpital is a simple process that can be done in just a few steps. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Cloudpital account and click on the CRM module.
- Click on the “Leads” tab to view the list of existing leads.
- To add a new lead, click on the “New Lead” button.
- Fill in the required fields such as lead Last name, Mobile number contact information, and lead source.
- You can also add additional details such as lead status and lead sources.
- Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click on the “Save” button to create the new lead.
- You can now view the new lead in the list of existing leads.
- To edit or update the lead information, simply click on the lead name and make the necessary changes.
- You can also add the lead Activity in which we add Tasks ,Meeting and Calls.
- You can add the activity by click on Add and the activity which you want add on it and its required information Also.
- When we click on save it should be show in the screen and the system generates a message “Lead Activity Added Successfully”
- We can also search the Lead by selecting the filters
- We can also add the Segment by click on the Save Segment .
- The segment you added should be shown in the Show segment and also apply this.
- We also Import the Lead
- Also check the Lead in the Zoho CRM which you created in the Cloudpital CRM.
