Step One:
Click on the “Notes” tab on the Clinical note screen.
StepTwo:
- Select the type of note you want to add, such as a progress note, medication note, or lab result note.
- Enter the relevant information in the note field, including any symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, or test results.
- Once you have entered all the necessary information, click “Save” to add the note to the patient’s record.
