- Click on the Three dots =>Clinical Note
- When we click on the arrow icon the further Ophthalmology screen should be shown
- Click on the Optometrist the screen should navigate
- Fill all the data in this screen .
- When we click on the Save button the data you added should be shown in the Old prescription
- By clicking on the Documents we can view the documents which u added in the Patient
