Doctor add General Information.
- Name of the Dentist.
- After Adding important Information then Click on Save button.
- After Adding General Information , Add Assesment1 Record.
- Add Data according to Patient Situation
- And then Save it. Add Assessment 2 Record.
- Add Patient Treatment Record.
- Add Appliance Record.
- Add Additional Information
- In Last Tab Progress Section .
Add Appointment date, Next Date Appointment ,Reference Number , and then Save the Record.
- In document Section User Can View Document Record.
- In Document Section
Doctor can see the all document that he uploaded in the Clinical Note Screen.

Signed Consent Form
Radiology
And Lab Document.
